How fast is your turnaround?

Do you provide MPI certification?

Pricing & Billing

Do you offer monthly billing?

Yes, approved regular exporters can set up a monthly account with net 14-day payment terms. Casual users can pay via credit card per transaction. Monthly accounts require a brief credit check and typically 2-3 invoices of history before approval.

What are your service fees?

Certificate of Origin starts from NZD $45, Commercial Invoices from $35, and full document packages from $150. Letter of Credit review and management services are quoted based on complexity. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific needs.

Logistics & Shipping

Can you help with urgent shipments?

Yes, we offer same-day urgent processing for requests received before 12pm NZT. After-hours emergency support is available for critical shipments. Urgent service fees apply – contact us immediately if you have a time-sensitive export.

Do you work with freight forwarders?

Yes, we partner with freight forwarders and can deliver documents directly to your forwarder or shipping line. We're experienced in coordinating with logistics providers to ensure documents arrive on time for shipment departure.
