Key Requirements
An Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number is required for both the exporter and importer. UK and EU EORI numbers are now separate post-Brexit.
Required Documents
- • EORI numbers (importer and exporter)
- • Commercial Invoice with commodity codes
- • Packing List
- • Certificate of Origin (for FTA claims)
- • Health/Phytosanitary Certificates (for SPS goods)
- • Customs declarations (completed by freight forwarder or customs broker)
