What documents are included in the bundle?
The Documentation Bundle includes: Commercial Invoice (with HS codes), Packing List (with weights and dimensions), Chamber-certified Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading coordination and SLI preparation, plus any other standard export forms required for your destination.

Can I purchase individual documents instead?
Certificate of Origin ($45) and Export Entry & SLI ($80) are available separately. However, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading coordination are exclusively available as part of the Documentation Bundle. This ensures document consistency and reduces errors.

How long does it take to prepare the bundle?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours for the complete bundle. Expedited processing is available for urgent shipments. Same-day service is available for orders placed before 12pm NZT.

Do you coordinate with freight forwarders?
Yes. We can send documents directly to your freight forwarder, customs broker, or both. For Bill of Lading coordination, we communicate directly with your forwarder to ensure the BOL is issued correctly.
