If we accept your urgent request and then fail to deliver on time due to our error, we will refund the urgent processing fee. However, if delays are caused by missing information from you, government agency availability, or factors beyond our control, the fee is non-refundable. We’ll always be upfront about whether we can meet your deadline before you commit.
Do you offer 1-hour turnaround for extreme emergencies?
For non-certified documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BOL instructions, etc.), yes—we can prepare these within 1 hour during business hours. For Chamber or MPI-certified documents, turnaround depends on appointment availability and cannot be guaranteed under 2 hours.
How do I pay for urgent services?
For urgent processing, we accept credit card payment by phone or bank transfer (if you have an account with us). Payment is required upfront before we begin processing. We’ll provide an invoice and receipt immediately after payment.
